Transfers

Transfers can be booked via Internet with on-line registration form but no later than September 5, 2008.

Shuttle busses transfers with English speaking drivers will be organized for participants of 7th PRM congress for arrivals on 17th and 18th of September 2008 from Ljubljana and Trieste airport to Portorož.
On 20th and 21th of September 2008 shuttle bus transfers will be organized for departures from Portorož to Trieste and Ljubljana airport.

One way shuttle bus transfer	Ljubljana airport - Portorož	25 € per person
Return shuttle bus transfer	Ljubljana airport - Portorož - Ljubljana airport	40€ per person
One way shuttle bus transfer	Trieste airport - Portorož	20€ per person.
Return shuttle bus transfer	Trieste airport - Portorož - Trieste airport	30 € per person

Upon arrival to Ljubljana or Trieste airport follow signs with “7th PRM 2008”. Local representative waiting for you in the international arrival hall will show you the way to shuttle bus. Please note that organizer holds the right to combine the transfers with max waiting time of one hour and a half. 0 0

Participants who will require departure transfer will be served at travel desk KOMPAS in the Grand Hotel Bernardin. There you will be informed about exact departure time and place.
Individual service, private car or van transfer with English-speaking driver can be organised. Please contact the technical organiser for more details at registration@cd-cc.si .

Cancellations and Refunds of Transfers

All cancellations must be sent in writing to Conference Secretariat. For cancellations received before September 5, 2008, an administrative fee in the amount of 10 EUR will be charged to your credit card or applied toward the refund of payment made by bank transfer. Cancellations received after September 5, 2008 are not refundable.
