EXHIBITION
The exhibition will be organised in the hall where coffee breaks are held for the participants of the congress.
Empty exhibition space (without walls and other equipment) can be rented and equipped by an exhibitor (min. 6 m²). 20% VAT is to be added to the prices.
Space rental per m² is:

| If paid on and after February 16, 2008 |
290 EUR |
Please note that the above mentioned prices refer to floor space only. Additional equipment and services such as construction (modular stands), furniture hire, electricity, etc. can be rented at extra charge.
Allocation of space will be treated as a first-come first-served basis /except for sponsors/.

PAYMENT
Deadline for payment of:
- sponsoring depends on the contract
- exhibition space – price 250 EUR before and on 15 February 2008
- exhibition space – price 290 EUR on and after 16 February 2008
All the payment must be executed on 27 May, 2008 at the latest.
All orders after 27 May, 2008 are subject to an immediate payment.

| Cancellation |
Cancellation of the sponsorship depends on the contract.
All cancellations of participation in the exhibition and advertising must be sent in writing to CANKARJEV DOM. Exhibition cancellations received before May 27, 2008 will be refunded 50 % of received payment. After this date no payment will be refunded. All the refunds will be executed after the congress. |
